Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF value of 30 or higher. Mark 30 sunscreen protects your skin from the sun’s harmful ultraviolet rays, which come in two forms–UVA and UVB rays.
How to Use:
Take 4 ounces of sunblock & apply it 15 minutes before sun exposure. For best results, reapply every four hours.
